How to make it happen:

Classes can be before the start of the workday, lunchtime or after work. The length of the classes can range from a quick lunchtime class of 45 minutes up to a regular 75 minute class. A spare conference room or an open area is required. A minimum of 8 people are needed to sign up for the classes and the cost is $10 per person, which can be paid by the employee or subsidized by the company for tax relief.
